Cabo WaboTM Cantina brings South-Of-The-Border Flair to Lake Tahoe From authentic Mexican dishes to it´s brilliant decor!

Sample from a wide array of appetizers including Machaca beef empanadas, grilled pork achiote sugar cane skewers and spicy shrimp with Cabo Wabo tequila marinade.

Entrees include such authentic dishes as fish tacos with choice of Ahi tuna or Mahi Mahi, chile relleno lobster burritos, chicken tamales, fajitas, plus many other favorites.

Deserts include frozen margarita cake and a selection of adult sorbets like "Lime Magarita Ice" made with Cabo Wabo tequila, Damiana liqueur and blue curacao.

No trip to Cabo Wabo would be complete without sampling one of many specialty drinks made with Sammy Hagar´s signature Cabo Wabo tequila. Highly desirable specialties include the Red Rocker-Tahoe Style made with Cabo Wabo tequila, Remy Red, pineapple and passion fruit juices, with a float of Creme de Noya and the Cabo Waborita made with Cabo Wabo Blanco tequila, triple sec orange liqueur, fresh lime juice and a splash of blue curacao.

The Cabo Wabo Cantina is open daily 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. for lunch and dinner. The lounge opens at 10 a.m. and stays open well into the late night hours with live entertainment.
